the new skeletonized design saves some weight and looks great. they are machined AL with micro switches so they are cheaper alternatives.

Just a small clarification: the switches we use are actually high-quality, sealed automotive-grade switches with a twin-contact sliding mechanism. They were selected specifically for their reliability and durability, and they are in fact more expensive than many Hall sensor solutions.
